You can use a dry cloth for exterior cleaning and a dry cotton swab to clean the contacts inside the STLTH PRO device.
Please check for debris in your charging port if your device isn’t charging properly. You can remove the debris from the charging port and your issue should subside.
We recommend cleaning your device’s airflow holes located on the sides of the device. These holes are responsible for the airflow and creating the vapour. One of the major reasons why could be experiencing a harsher hit or no vapour could be these holes are clogged.
Please remove the pod prior to cleaning the airflow holes. Use a safety pin to clean the holes. Debris can build over time if you keep your device in your bag or pocket.
