Changes to orders can only be made before the order is shipped. Please follow the steps below:
- Contact our support team immediately after placing your order through the Contact Us page. Please use the subject heading “ORDER CHANGE”.
- Provide details regarding the order such as order number and description of the changes you would like to make.
- Our Customer Support Team will provide you with confirmation that the changes have been applied to your order.
If the order is shipped, we are unable to change your order.
