Please see the steps below outlining the process of our warranty program.
- First, you will need to fill out our Warranty Replacement Form.
- Once your form is submitted, our Customer Support Team will review the information provided and approve your warranty claim. This normally takes 1-2 business days.
- Once your claim is approved and shipped, you will be notified by email with tracking information for your replacement.
- Device replacements may include a return shipping label for you to send your device back to our Quality Team for further analysis.
- If you have been notified that you will receive a return shipping label, please place the claimed product inside of the box and affix the return label. Afterwards, you can drop off the parcel at any FedEx location.
